In about one and a half hour times...it'll be 2008! Whoa so fast another new year has come:x Of course a new year blog will talk about both past and present. So let me talk about the events occur in the year 2007 and later talk about my new year resolution:x
Year 2007 (according to months)
Jan: Beginning of new year and it's just continue to understudy of my leadership position from Mark.
Feb: Chinese New year:x Cousins gathering plus first time undergoing exam in the CNY season:p This makes me so sian:( No mood to study...
Mar: My 19th birthday:)haha! Closer to my 20 birthday le...OMG Getting old. This is also first time doing project from school. Come back to assist Dr. Guo holiday project with my classmate.
Apr: NYP Orientation! Whoa I get to know more friends from the year 2 man! Of course 46th coy enrolment:@ Renewal of commitment to BB! Club crawl @ NYP to recuirt more fresh blood.
May: eh...don remember anithing meaningful.
June: Primer Orientation camp. Meet the new years one veri enthuastic. Also promotion from CLT to SCL. One step closer to President Man(PM).
July: NYP Dedication service. Officially became President of NYP Primers. Other than that nothing much.
August: Exams from NYP...
Sep: UG Conference 2007. First time conference of gathering all UG youth leaders and discuss global issues. Also my first time doing part time job for 19 years of my life:) Gain some experience and knows somemore great friends. Also have the MB chalet:x
Oct: Sch reopen and the toughest sem start.
Nov: Primers Challenge 2007. Went to experience waterfall abseiling and cave exploring. So fun man. Meet more primers and experience more fellowship.
Dec: My month of SGB. Being helping out during this month @ HQ. Learn from the various department in the operation. Desire to become nxt year ops team member.
Ok finish the 07 and here comes the 08 new year resolution...
1) Finish my course and earns good grade to continue Uni...
2) Continue my service in BB and attend OCO and BOTC.
3) Get my president award and become the president man plus getting NYAA gold.
4) Have all the gatherings and meet more new friends
5) Serve in the Ops team for SGB next yr.
6) Learn driving.
7) Learn new skills such as abseiling.
All right thats it for now. Can't wait for 2nd Jan to meet up NC06 E1 ppl.
hey hey people. Christmas is over and in just another few more days time will be the beginning of a new year!
Well, most of you will know that I'm still involved in SGB. I have been volunteering myself to do SGB for quite some time already. So I just continue to help out till holidays end lor. Currently, the only outing I going to have is with my NC06 E1 ppl on 2nd Jan. Some of time manage to go into the 3 months JC which I'm still surprised that the system still exist...after the government saying they are trying to push forward the academic calendar.
ok I know I have not been updating this blog for a very long time so here I'm to tell you guys what I'm doing now:)
If you guys see the news, you know that every december Boys' Brigade will have an event known as Sharity Gift Box(SGB for short form). So there will be people delivering goods and presenting gifts to us to collect. We also will do delivery for them. But before they do the deliver, we must of course pack the items for them...so that's when I come in.
You see people, I have 2 main job in the SGB. First(my original position) is to do manpower allocation. Sometime we receive a large number of people, resulting in about 100 plus boys coming down...scary:x However, we also have cases where the number is so few that you feel like going home man. That's when I feel like crying most of the time. I put the boys to go outside to places known as boxs( where food items are collected) and wish tree(fulfill wishes).
My second job is be in the warehouse. I basically help ops team member of warehouse to run over it. Sometime they are super busy with other stuff so they won't have time to manage it and thus I offer my help assist them.
So from the time I start my shift to now, I believe I have done an approxiamte of 10 days? 5 days are complusory Potential President Man(PPM) shift (PPM is the award I'm applying next year. The highest award in the brigade man! Pray hard to get!), the other 5 day is volunteering. Most of the Founder Award Applicant(FAA) already know me well coz I've being mentoring them most of the time. Other company also come down to help such as 85th and 62nd. Like to have friends to be with out during your shift, if not you will be bored to death.
During my PPM shift, I still bring notes to go HQ study for common test. That was so sian. Camp in HQ for 2 days with ops to settle some manpower issue. I worked with Kuo Hua on manpower issues. As for warehouse, it'll be ben tan, jeriel and daniel. I planning to go back to HQ on the 26 dec to continue my volunteering work. News just reported that the donation has not reach target yet so people PLEASE DONATE!!!!!

This is a really nice movie only if you like to watch Walt Disney and quite touching I would say. It's sort of a musical as you heard Gizelle sings most of the time and I also like one of the song "That's How she know". It reflect on how one person show his/her love to the other.
